What Information Does SmartLegal AI Collect?

We collect and store Personal Information you provide when interacting with our AI-powered legal intake chatbot, which uses natural language processing and predefined workflows to facilitate intake for Direct Law Firm Clients or Lead Generation Partners. This includes:

For Direct Law Firm Clients, this data is transmitted securely to the law firm for review. For Lead Generation Partners, it is shared to generate leads for sale to Third-Party Legal Professionals.
